I started a similar thread in the August DDC before this one opened up. I WAS exercising really well: 4-5 days a week for 30-40 minutes at a time. I was jogging on the treadmill, right up until the last week or so. I'm not sure if I'm just exhausted or an UnMotivated Mama. I just told myself that I would post this thread and then go jog. I don't want to lose everything physically in the first trimester. A healthy pregnancy needs to start from the beginning (or when you find out)...
